WAZIHA BD: Refund and Returns Policy

At WAZIHA BD, we strive to ensure that our customers receive their products in perfect condition. However, we understand that there may be situations beyond our control or occasions when our products may not meet your expectations. In these cases, we value the trust between WAZIHA BD and our customers and want to make things right. Therefore, we offer a return and replacement option for products that are damaged or incorrectly designed.

Terms and Conditions for Return or Replacement:

  1. Returns must be requested within 3 days from the delivery date.
  2. The product must be unused and in its original condition. All original tags and packaging must remain intact, and no tampering or damage should be present.
  3. If a free promotional item was included with the product, it must also be returned.
  4. Refunds or replacements are subject to inspection and verification by the WAZIHA BD team.
  5. Replacements are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued, no questions asked.
  6. Cash on Delivery charges and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Reasons for Return or Replacement:

  1. The product is damaged, defective, or does not match the description.
  2. Size mismatch for clothing (Note: This policy applies only if the size on the invoice differs from the size delivered. If the size on the invoice matches the delivered item, no refund will be issued).
  3. Mismatched color for clothing.
  4. Faulty design in clothing (Includes design discrepancies such as incorrect front/back design, improper design placement, etc.).
  5. Wrong product delivered.

How to Return:

  1. Contact WAZIHA BD’s Customer Care team at +8801645-551012 within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. After we pick up or receive the product, we will perform a quality check. If the return reason is valid, we will offer a replacement or initiate a refund process.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refunds will be processed after the return evaluation is complete.
  2. If the replacement product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
  3. Cash on Delivery (COD) charges and shipping fees are non-refundable.
  4. If the payment was made via COD, no refund will be issued since the payment was not made at the time of the order.
  5. Refunds for payments made via credit card, debit card, mobile banking, or bank transfer will be processed back to the respective payment method.
  6. If multiple payments are made due to a technical error, the extra amount will be refunded.
